In-stock orders are typically prepared within one to two business days after payment is confirmed. Bulk and special orders are scheduled once availability is confirmed.

Orders ship in protective, clearly organized packaging. Each item is labeled with product name, strength, vial size, lot number, and batch number.

Tracking details are emailed once an order leaves our facility. Transit times depend on the selected service and destination.

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping location and for any duties, taxes, or import requirements that apply to their destination.

We ship to the United Kingdom. UK orders are priced and checked out in GBP (£) where available, and transit times vary by carrier service. UK customers are the importer of record and are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or import documentation required on arrival.
